Basics and setup, chain replacement, hub gears if interested, etc.
Understand how derailleur gears work and learn how to adjust them perfectly. We cover Shimano, Campagnolo, and SRAM systems and show you the most important steps and how to use the software.
We'll also show you when a chain needs to be replaced and how to do it yourself. If there's interest, we can also cover internal gear hubs.

Safety first – in this course you'll learn everything about the mechanics (physics), adjustment, and maintenance of brakes. We'll explain the differences and the advantages and disadvantages of both systems.
You'll practice adjusting brake pads, bleeding hydraulic brakes, and learn when a replacement is necessary. After this course, you'll be prepared for any braking situation.

Theory/practice dimensions of power supply.
The course for more ambitious mechanics. Learn the fundamentals of wheel building: spoke calculation, lacing patterns, and proper wheel truing.
We work hands-on on real wheels, and after the course, you'll understand the mechanics behind a stable, round wheel. An intensive course for anyone who wants to delve deeper.
